Scheduling

We begin working on the spring shearing schedule in January every year. Please don't delay to contact us for scheduling!

This is a painstaking process on our end as we try very hard to accommodate everyone's needs for the spring while planning efficient routes to save our valuable time and gas. We will always schedule in groups based on location whenever possible, and will no longer be able accept specific date requests, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please select your preference of April, May, June, or anytime, and let us know any dates you are NOT available (travel, weddings, graduations, etc...) so we can avoid booking your shearing on those days. We will also need your contact info (name, e-mail, and phone number), the number and type of animals you need us to shear, and the street address of where we need to arrive (we often use GPS, so if it's unreliable in your area, please let us know and include basic directions).

We shear Tuesday through Saturday from April 1st through June 30th every year. May is always the single most requested month, as are Saturdays, and they are always the first to be filled. Your flexibility is always appreciated!

Scheduling for the spring is an extremely tedious process on our end to accommodate everyone's needs, and often takes us several weeks to send out tentative dates after we initially hear from you. Please be patient! Thank you!

Office hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Our office is now Closed Saturday and Sunday through March 31st.

We have no official office hours during spring while we are on the road working, but we DO NOT answer the phone (including texts) after 10pm and before 7am. Please respect our sleep! For emergencies, please contact the correct authorities, emergency vets, etc.. Thank you!

New Inquires:

We are unable to accept any new farms for this spring as of Feb 19th, 2022 as our limited schedule is full with our regular clients. We apologize for the inconvenience and advise new inquires to seek services from one of the many other shearers servicing our beautiful state of Michigan. Thank you for understanding.

Current Clients:

If we have for some reason missed contacting you, please use the form below, our phone number, or our email to reach us for scheduling this year. All of the farms on our contacts list should have received AT LEAST one email, text, or phone call from us prior to 2-19-2022. If you do not respond soon or otherwise reach out to us, we may not be able to schedule your shearing date. Thank you for understanding.

Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible
